The FKI CL A1D is a countertop electric sausage warmer for food-service counters, delis, snack bars and catering operations. It uses a double-vessel water-bath system — clean water fills the outer vessel while the inner vessel holds the product — delivering consistent, gentle heat at 1.0 kW on a standard 230 V supply.
Designed for busy front-of-house display and service, the CL A1D keeps sausages and similar products at serving temperature without direct contact with the heating water, protecting product quality and simplifying hygiene routines.
