Drop-In Bain-Marie Sausage Warmer, 1.0 kW, 30–110°C

The FKI CL 3016 R is a built-in (drop-in) water-bath sausage warmer for countertop integration, designed for snack bars, delis, convenience retail, and any high-throughput service point that needs reliable hot-holding of sausages and frankfurters. Running on a single 1.0 kW / 230 V connection, it uses an indirect bain-marie system — clean water fills the outer vessel, gently and evenly heating the inner product vessel — to keep product succulent without direct heat exposure.

A front-mounted capillary thermostat gives operators precise control across a 30–110 °C range, while the fully welded stainless steel body with rounded edges stands up to the daily rigours of commercial kitchens. Cleanup is straightforward: the inner vessel lifts out and goes straight into the dishwasher, and a front-mounted drain tap makes emptying the outer water vessel quick between service periods. Operating noise stays below 60 dB(A), making it suitable for open-plan or customer-facing counters.
