The Lainox EC-AT11 is a GN 1/1 non-stick aluminium finger grill and bake pan designed for convection ovens, built for high-volume baking, grilling and roasting of finger foods, tapas, brioches, savory pies and sweet pastries. Its smooth, non-perforated Teflon (PTFE)-coated surface releases baked goods cleanly and simplifies post-service cleaning — a practical choice for restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens running continuous production.
The open corner and side construction promotes even hot-air circulation around product loads in the oven cavity, supporting consistent results across the full 530 × 325 mm surface. Confirmed compatible with Lainox COEN061 combi ovens and included in the Lainox MSK11R Restaurant Starter Pack, this pan integrates directly into Lainox oven workflows without adaptation.
