The Fimar SI320 is a professional dough rolling machine (sheeter) for egg pasta, pizza and piadina, built in Italy with 320 mm mirror-polished AISI 304 stainless steel rollers that adjust from contact to 10 mm thickness — giving operators precise, repeatable sheets across a full range of dough types. Powered by a 0.37 kW motor on a 400 V / 3N / 50 Hz supply, the SI320 is compact enough for tight prep areas while delivering the throughput demanded by busy pizzerias, pasta restaurants and hotel kitchens.

The robust all-AISI-304 structure is built for daily professional use, with a manual adjustment knob for final-pass thickness control and a microswitch on the roller protection lid that halts operation when the guard is open — a straightforward, code-compliant safety feature. An optional single-sheet cutter attachment with a 220 mm useful cut and four selectable cutting widths (2, 4, 6 and 12 mm) extends the machine into fresh pasta strip production without additional equipment.
