Description
Description
The F&B Tec CBS-2132 XTS is a twin-station commercial filter coffee brewer for high-volume foodservice operations, delivering up to 7.6 litres of freshly brewed coffee in simultaneous independent batches at a default brew temperature of 93 °C. Drawing 6.0 kW at 400 V via hard-wired terminal block, it completes a standard batch in just 5.5 minutes — making it a practical choice for busy hotel breakfast service, restaurant dining rooms, catering facilities and café counter lines where consistent throughput matters.
The XTS extended touchscreen interface gives operators precise control over every variable: programmable pre-wetting (bloom), adjustable bypass per batch for targeted strength profiles, and four storable batch sizes per station. Settings can be cloned across machines via SD card, keeping multi-site operations consistent. A built-in pulse spray shower distributes water evenly over the grounds, and an integrated manual hot water dispenser adds service flexibility without a second appliance.
- Two fully independent brew stations — each up to 3.8 L per cycle
- Programmable pre-wetting and bypass control per batch
- SD card slot for fast parameter transfer across units
- CE certified; compatible with FETCO D041 and D063 3.0 L thermal airpots (sold separately)
