Description
The F&B Tec CBS 2121 is a pour-over filter coffee brewer for professional foodservice operations, brewing a full 1.9 L batch in approximately 5 minutes at 1.9 kW. Its stainless steel enclosure and countertop footprint make it a practical fit for hotel breakfast stations, café back-bars, and catering setups where consistent, high-volume drip coffee is needed throughout the day.
Operation is straightforward: a factory-calibrated dose of 100–115 g of ground coffee per brew cycle, a capillary thermostat that requires no digital programming, and a ready indicator lamp confirm when the batch is complete. The machine accepts standard paper basket filters (FETCO #F003 or equivalent) and runs on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply. Two variants are available — the CBS-2121P without carafe warmers and the CBS-2121PW with 230 V PTC carafe warmers — to suit different service styles.
