The F&B Tec CBS-2111 XTS is a single-brewer filter coffee machine (batch brewer) designed for medium to high-volume restaurants, cafés and hotels, brewing up to 5.7 litres per cycle at a precise temperature anywhere between 80 °C and 97 °C. Its XTS touchscreen interface stores eight independently configurable batch programs, letting operators dial in a different brew temperature and profile for each coffee variety or daypart without retooling the machine.

The CBS-2111 XTS uses FETCO's Pulse Brew System, which delivers water in intermittent pulses to saturate the coffee bed evenly and extract a consistent cup across the full batch. A built-in hot water convenience tap handles single-cup orders — tea, Americano, instant soups — without tying up a separate boiler. An optional end-of-brew audible signal alerts staff the moment a batch is ready, keeping service lines moving. The machine pairs directly with the FETCO LUXUS L4S-15 vacuum-insulated thermal dispenser for hold-temperature performance on the pass.

Running on a standard 230 V supply at 3.1 kW, the CBS-2111 XTS fits established utility infrastructure in most commercial kitchens and counters without dedicated electrical upgrades — a practical choice for operations scaling up filter-coffee volume.
