The F&B Tec CBS-2140 XTS is a commercial batch filter coffee brewer for restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations, brewing 3.8 litres per batch in approximately 5.5 minutes at a precise 93 °C. It belongs to the XTS (Extractor Touch Screen) series and uses F&B Tec's Cascading Spray Dome EXTRACTOR brewing technology for even, consistent extraction across the full brew basket.

Operators control the machine via a touchscreen interface with up to four programmable batch recipes per station, while an infinitely variable bypass allows fine-tuned brew-strength adjustment without changing the grind or dose. A brew basket sensor locks out brewing if the basket is absent, and a built-in hot water convenience tap adds versatility for tea or other hot beverages. The countertop unit connects to a standard cold or hot water supply via a 3/8-inch male flare fitting and runs on 230 V, making it straightforward to integrate into an existing bar or servery setup.
