Description
The Fameg BST-18 is a bentwood bar stool for bars, cafés, restaurants and hotels, built on the iconic Thonet No. 18 design that has been in continuous mass production since 1850 — with approximately 60 million units sold to date. Crafted in Poland from steam-bent solid beech wood, it stands 1090 mm tall with a 750 mm seat height and a practical footrest ring, yet weighs just 3.8 kg — easy to reposition during busy service.
Each stool is made to order, giving buyers a genuine choice of wood finish — from natural beech and walnut to wenge, black, white and more — and the option to add upholstered seating in fabric categories A through D or L1/L2, with a woven seat variant also available on request. That flexibility makes the BST-18 a natural fit for venues that need coherent, branded seating across bar counters or high tables without sacrificing the timeless bentwood aesthetic.
