Description
Description
The Fama TS12 is a professional meat mincing machine made in Italy, designed for butchers, restaurants, hotels and catering operations that need reliable high-volume grinding. Powered by a 0.75 kW ventilated asynchronous motor running at 200 RPM, it delivers a throughput of 150–200 kg/h — enough to handle serious prep shifts without slowing down service.
The grinding unit, hopper and self-sharpening knife are all AISI 304 stainless steel, while the body is polished pressure die-cast aluminium alloy and the gears run in an oil-immersed hardened steel bath — a combination built for durability and straightforward cleaning. A 24 V low-voltage control circuit and built-in thermal overload protection keep operation safe in busy kitchen environments. The machine ships with a 6 mm plate and accepts a 52 mm inlet mouth, with a #12 output head.
- Compact footprint suits counter or shelf installation
- CE certified; single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz — no special wiring required
- Optional sausage filling kit and reverse-gear motor available
