Description
Description
The Fama MOD TI8 is a professional electric meat mincer built around a #8 mincing head, designed for butcheries, small restaurants, hotel kitchens and catering operations that need reliable, continuous-duty grinding without a large footprint. Running on a 230 V ventilated asynchronous motor with built-in thermal protection, it draws just 0.38 kW — efficient enough for daily prep work while the oil-immersed steel gears ensure smooth, low-maintenance operation over the long term.
The machine is constructed throughout in polished stainless steel, with a stainless steel tray and hopper keeping contact surfaces hygienic and easy to clean. The mincing unit is available in anodized aluminium or AISI 304 stainless steel to suit your hygiene or budget requirements, and the included stainless steel self-sharpening draw-plates maintain consistent cut quality without frequent blade changes. A 60 mm output mouth diameter and a compact, robust build make it a practical fit for countertop use in professional kitchens.
Made in Italy by Fama Industrie, the MOD TI8 is also available with optional accessories including a sausage filling kit and gear inversion, making it a versatile base unit for meat preparation stations.
