Description
Description
The Fama TI12 R Unger Ghisa is a professional electric meat mincing machine made in Italy, rated at 1.10 kW and capable of processing up to 250 kg of meat per hour — making it a reliable workhorse for butcher counters, restaurant kitchens, hotel production areas and catering operations that need consistent, high-volume output from a compact footprint.
The Ghisa variant features an electroless nickel-plated cast iron mincing unit paired with stainless steel self-sharpening draw-plates, driven at 140 RPM through a hermetic helical-gear reducer running in an oil bath. The ventilated asynchronous motor includes thermal protection, and the ½ Unger configuration ships standard with a 0 mm and a 6 mm plate plus one knife, covering both fine and coarse grinding without additional tooling. Controls operate on a 24 V low-tension system with a waterproof rubber cover — a practical detail in wet kitchen environments.
