Description
Description
The Fama MOD TI32 ECO is a professional electric meat mincing machine made in Italy, rated at 1.5 kW (2 Hp) and capable of processing up to 400 kg of meat per hour — making it a practical choice for butcher counters, restaurant kitchens, hotel catering operations and large-volume food production.
Drive power is delivered through a four-gear helical reducer running in an oil bath, turning the auger at a steady 140 RPM for consistent, uniform mince. The self-sharpening stainless steel knife and food-grade cast iron enterprise unit work with a standard 6 mm plate; optional plates from 2 to 8 mm are available to match different texture requirements. A 24 V control circuit, thermal overload protection and waterproof base insulation keep the machine safe in demanding wet-area conditions.
The body is die-cast polished aluminium alloy with a stainless steel hopper, collection tray, dies and fixings for easy cleaning and long service life. CE certified and compact enough at 225 × 500 × 510 mm to fit on a standard prep counter, the TI32 ECO balances high throughput with practical footprint for busy professional kitchens.
