Description
The Hamilton Beach EXPEDITOR HBF510S is a commercial culinary blender for high-volume restaurant, hotel and café kitchens, delivering 2.4 HP (1.79 kW) through a durable all-metal drive coupling into a 1.8 L stainless steel, BPA-free container. NSF-certified and rated for 220–240 V / 50–60 Hz operation, it handles chopping, grinding, blending, pureeing and emulsifying across both hot and cold applications.
Control is precise and intuitive: sealed paddle switches resist moisture and spills, while a variable speed dial with 10 positions plus dedicated Pulse and Chop functions give line cooks fine-grained control during service. Two built-in safety sensors — one for the lid and one for the jar seating — prevent the motor from running if the unit is not correctly assembled, reducing the risk of accidents in a busy kitchen.
The compact footprint (190 × 210 × 515 mm) and Sure Grip™ non-skid feet keep the unit stable on any counter, and the removable jar pad simplifies daily cleaning. A 2-year parts and labour warranty covers the unit, giving procurement managers confidence in the total cost of ownership.
