Description
The Everlasting STG MEAT 700 GLASS is a professional dry-aging cabinet for restaurants, steakhouses, hotels and butcher counters, offering 625 L of usable volume and a verified capacity of up to 150 kg of meat in a single, full-height glass-door unit. Built in Suzzara, Italy, it maintains precise temperature control from 0 °C to 10 °C and humidity between 40 and 90 %, giving operators the consistent environment required for controlled dry-aging and maturation.
Control is handled by the MEATouch capacitive touchscreen controller with built-in Wi-Fi, enabling remote monitoring and adjustment from any connected device. Full HACCP alarm logging with event memory keeps compliance records automatically — a practical requirement for any food-service operation subject to audit. The glass front door makes it equally suited to open-kitchen or front-of-house display, letting guests see the aging process directly.
