The Everlasting STG MEAT 1500 VIP is a professional dry-ageing cabinet for restaurants, steakhouses, hotels and premium butchery operations, offering 1365 litres of usable capacity and a maximum load of 300 kg across GN2/1 heavy-duty stainless steel shelves. Built in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish inside and out, it holds temperature precisely between -2 °C and +10 °C while its built-in humidifier maintains the 40–90 %RH range critical for consistent, controlled dry-ageing.

Control is handled by the MEATouch touchscreen controller, which includes Wi-Fi connectivity for remote monitoring and an integrated HACCP alarm system — keeping your compliance records complete without manual intervention. The two-door, full-height format fits high-volume service environments where both capacity and visibility matter.
