Description
The Everlasting STG MEAT 1500 INOX is a professional dry-ageing cabinet from the MEATico Stagionatore line, designed for controlled meat maturation in restaurants, steakhouses, hotels and high-volume butchery operations. Built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, it offers a 1,365-litre chamber capacity with a maximum meat load of 300 kg, making it one of the largest single-unit dry-agers available for commercial kitchens.
Temperature is precisely managed between -2 °C and +10 °C, while humidity is adjustable across a 40–90 % range — the two critical variables for consistent dry-ageing results. The Italian-made cabinet is controlled via the MEATouch touchscreen, which includes Wi-Fi connectivity and an integrated HACCP alarm system for compliance and remote monitoring. GN2/1 heavy-duty stainless steel shelves provide sturdy, hygienic product support throughout the full-height, twin-door cabinet.
With its 1,500 mm footprint and two solid doors, the STG MEAT 1500 INOX suits operations that mature beef, pork or charcuterie at scale and need auditable temperature and humidity records on demand.
