Description

The Everlasting STG ALL 1500 VIP EVERtouch is a professional meat, charcuterie and cheese maturing cabinet for restaurants, hotels, butchers and fine-dining operations that demand both precision aging and front-of-house presentation. Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished VIP exterior finish, it holds up to 200 kg of product across an all-purpose interior configured with hanging bars and hooks for salami or converted to shelves for whole cuts and cheese.

Control is handled by Everlasting's EVERtouch system — a 7-inch capacitive TFT touchscreen with 150 programmable cycles (10 factory pre-set), up to 20 phases per cycle, and an integrated HACCP alarm, giving operators fine-grained, documented control over temperature anywhere between 0 °C and 30 °C. The double glass doors feature a self-closing mechanism, magnetic gasket and key lock, keeping the cabinet display-ready on a pass or in a maturing room operating in ambient temperatures up to 38 °C.

Supplied ready to run, the cabinet ships with 30 stainless steel hanging bars, 120 hooks, six pairs of bar supports and a 3M water filtration kit complete with pressure gauge, adaptors and flexible hoses — everything needed for immediate cold-water connection and first use.
