Description
The Everlasting STG ALL 1500 BLACK EVERtouch is a professional meat and charcuterie maturing cabinet for restaurants, hotels, butchers and specialist producers who dry-age beef, cure charcuterie or mature cheese in-house. Built in Italy with 75 mm water-expanded polyurethane insulation and a black exterior, this large-format stagionatore holds up to 300 kg on its shelves and operates across a wide temperature window of 0–30 °C with humidity control from 40 to 95 % RH — precise enough for every stage of any maturing protocol.
Control is handled by the EVERtouch panel: a 7-inch HD TFT touchscreen with LED backlit capacitive input. Up to 150 programmable cycles can be stored, with 10 pre-set factory programs and as many as 20 phases per cycle, so chefs and production teams can automate complex multi-stage processes without manual intervention. Fan speed adjustment and an active air extraction system let you fine-tune airflow, while an integrated boiler fed by a direct cold-water connection (3/4" inlet) manages humidity generation automatically.
The double solid doors are self-closing with magnetic gaskets and a key lock, keeping the maturing environment stable and secure. At 2.24 kW on a standard 230 V supply and rated for ambient temperatures up to 38 °C, the STG ALL 1500 suits busy professional kitchens and production rooms alike.
