Wine Maturing Cabinet, 68 Bottles, 6–18°C

The Eurocave V-LAPREM-M is a single-zone wine maturing cabinet for restaurants, hotels, wine bars and serious on-trade buyers, holding up to 68 standard 750 ml bottles at a stable temperature between 6 °C and 18 °C. Manufactured in France and backed by a 5-year parts-and-labour warranty, it is built to Eurocave's long-standing maturing standard rather than simple chilling.

The cabinet maintains ideal cellar conditions through a UV-screened glass door, a built-in charcoal filter, and active humidity management within the 50–80 % range — protecting labels and corks as well as wine. At 37 dB, it runs quietly enough for front-of-house or dining-room placement, and the wintering function adapts operation to cold ambient environments such as unheated storage rooms.

Beech wood shelves — repositionable to suit different bottle formats — sit against embossed aluminium walls lit by white LED, while a touch-control LCD panel keeps adjustments quick for busy staff. Freestanding as standard, it can also be built in where ventilation allows.
