Description

The Enofrigo Doge Isola Quadra is a refrigerated buffet island display — a freestanding quadrangular salad bar — designed for open-floor self-service setups in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and upscale buffet environments. Running on 230 V and holding product at up to 7 °C, it keeps chilled salads, antipasti and cold dishes presentation-ready throughout a full service period.

The unit is built for both performance and aesthetics: the food-contact well is finished in AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 available for coastal or high-salinity environments), while the exterior combines a wooden structure body with a quartz-resin agglomerate top surface — durable, easy to sanitise and visually suited to premium dining settings. LED interior lighting and digital temperature control per well module give kitchen teams precise, at-a-glance management of each section. The one-touch open/close calotte lid keeps product protected between service bursts, with a glass vertical sliding panel available as an alternative for full product visibility. Swivel castors make repositioning straightforward for flexible floor layouts.
