Refrigerated Drop-In Display Well, 1.5 kW, 230 V

The Enofrigo Cervino is a drop-in ventilated refrigerated food display counter designed for fast-service and fresh-food presentations in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations. Built as a counter insert, it integrates flush into existing service counters and runs on a standard 230 V supply, drawing 1.5 kW through a forced-air cooling system that maintains even temperatures across the entire display well.

The Cervino is constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel and features a removable perforated transparent polycarbonate air duct that keeps product visible while directing airflow precisely. The operator side is fitted with aluminium doors with a double-glazing hatch for easy access, while the customer side remains open for self-service — with an optional flap closure available. An optional lift-up evaporator simplifies routine cleaning, making the unit well suited to high-turnover environments where hygiene and uptime are both critical.
