Fine Dine Enamelled Cast Iron Casserole, Ø120–280 mm

This enamelled cast iron casserole is available in two sizes: a single-portion pot 120 mm in diameter holding 500 ml, and a larger 280 mm pot holding 6 litres for family-style or buffet service. Both sizes are 3.5 mm thick and finished in a two-layer, double-fired enamel coating, in a choice of red or black.

Cast iron holds and distributes heat evenly, so dishes stay hot at the table whichever size you choose, and the double-fired enamel means no seasoning is needed and clean-up is straightforward. The lid is designed with steam channels to keep moisture circulating during cooking.

The single-portion pot weighs 1.3 kg; the 280 mm pot weighs 7 kg, reflecting the extra cast iron in the larger size.
