Hood-Type Pot Washer, 620x500 mm, 11.3 kW

The Elframo LP 61 H is a free-standing, hood-type utensil and pot washer designed for high-volume warewashing in professional kitchens — restaurants, hotels, canteens and catering operations that need to turn around large pots, trays and gastronorm containers quickly. Running on 400 V electric power at 11.3 kW, it accepts a 620 × 500 mm basket, giving it the clearance to handle bulky cookware that a standard rack dishwasher cannot.

The lift-cover hood design keeps operation straightforward: load, lower, wash. The base LP 61 H uses a proven electromechanical control system, and an electronic VE board variant is available for operations that want enhanced monitoring and self-diagnostic capability. An optional anti-reflux device with atmospheric boiler can be added to maintain consistent rinse water pressure and temperature throughout the shift.
