Description
Description
The Elframo LP 61 is a front-loading pot and utensil washer designed for high-volume kitchens that need to turn around heavy cookware, gastronorm containers, and bulky utensils quickly and reliably. Running on 400 V and drawing 10.5 kW, it handles up to 30 racks per hour through a generously sized 620 × 550 mm basket opening — large enough to accommodate the oversized loads that a standard rack dishwasher cannot.
Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel with a double-skinned insulated frame, the LP 61 is engineered for the thermal and chemical demands of a professional kitchen environment. Stainless steel filters and rotating wash and rinse arms keep wash quality consistent across every cycle, while integrated detergent and rinse aid dosers simplify daily operation. Acoustic insulation is available on request for noise-sensitive front-of-house or hotel kitchen settings.
The Elframo LP 61 suits restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations, and institutional canteens where pots, pans, and utensils move in continuous rotation throughout service.
