Elframo Compact Tunnel Dishwasher ETS16, 75 Racks/h, 21 kW

The Elframo ETS16 is a compact rack conveyor tunnel dishwasher for high-volume commercial kitchens, capable of washing up to 75 racks per hour — equivalent to 1,650–1,800 dishes per hour — using standard 500×500 mm racks. Built throughout from double-skin AISI 304 stainless steel, including a moulded wash tank designed to prevent waste build-up, it is engineered for the demands of busy restaurants, hotels, catering operations and institutional kitchens.

A PLC controller with digital display monitors the machine and alerts operators to warnings in real time, while an energy-saving device at the entrance and an auto timer actively reduce water and electricity consumption during operation. The central stainless steel guide with gear motor supports reversible rack travel direction, and all wash and rinse arms are easily removable for thorough daily cleaning. Optional add-ons — including a drying system, sorting and service tables, and peristaltic detergent and rinse-aid dispensers — allow the ETS16 to be configured to suit the specific workflow of any professional kitchen.
