Description

The Elframo ETE 21 is a rack conveyor tunnel dishwasher designed for high-volume warewashing in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and large institutional kitchens. Running on three-phase 400 V power and drawing 22.2 kW, it processes up to 95 standard 500×500 mm racks per hour — output that keeps pace with the most demanding service schedules.

Built for durability and hygiene, the ETE 21 features a double-skinned AISI 304 outer body with an AISI 316 stainless steel interior on all wash, prewash tanks and the boiler — the higher-grade alloy providing superior corrosion resistance where chemical and thermal stress is greatest. The insulated, passivated boiler can be upgraded with an optional third heating element for faster recovery, while double filters on both prewash and wash tanks protect the system and reduce manual intervention. Electromechanical controls with digital temperature displays give operators an immediate, reliable read on wash and rinse conditions.

The pawl-rack conveyor system uses a stainless steel central guide, gear motor and safety micro-switch for consistent rack transport, with reversible conveyor direction available when no drying module is fitted. Adjustable, removable stainless steel wash and rinse arms and a full curtain arrangement — splash curtains at entrance and exit plus dividing curtains between wash stages — contain spray and maintain wash-zone separation. The ETE 21 is further expandable with boosted pre-wash corner modules, drying systems, chemical dosing pumps and a MODBUS temperature monitoring interface, making it a scalable backbone for any professional dish-room layout.
