Front-Loading Dishwasher, 500x500 mm, 60 Racks/h

The Elframo D45 VE BA is a front-loading fixed-basket dishwasher for restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations, capable of handling up to 60 racks per hour at 5.7 kW on a three-phase 400 V supply. Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel — including a double-skin exterior and a self-draining wash tank with rounded corners — it accepts 500×500 mm baskets up to 360 mm tall, covering everything from plates and pans to tall glassware.

The BA variant ships with an atmospheric boiler that delivers rinses at constant temperature and pressure, a pressure booster pump and an integrated air gap system as standard. Three fully customisable wash cycles plus an extended 8-minute programme give operators precise control over temperature and timing, while a soft-start wash pump and dedicated cold-water rinse function protect fragile glassware. The advanced digital display with self-diagnosis continuously monitors operating parameters and flags faults before they become downtime.

A hydraulic rinse-aid dispenser is fitted as standard, with a peristaltic version available on request; optional accessories include a peristaltic detergent dispenser and a waste evacuation pump, making the D45 VE BA straightforward to integrate into any professional warewashing setup.
