Front-Loading Dishwasher, 500x500mm, 60 Racks/h, 6.6 kW

The Elframo D45 DGT is a front-loading fixed-basket commercial dishwasher for restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations, capable of processing up to 60 racks per hour on a standard 500×500 mm basket. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, its double-skin free-standing construction is designed for demanding, high-throughput kitchens running on 400 V three-phase power at 6.6 kW.

The D45 DGT offers three standard wash cycles plus one extended 8-minute cycle, with top and bottom rotating steel wash and rinse arms ensuring thorough coverage across all load heights up to 360 mm. A self-draining tank with rounded corners and V-shaped basket guides simplifies cleaning, while the built-in boiler delay function optimises wash and rinse temperatures automatically. The digital (DGT) control panel with electromechanical controls gives operators clear, straightforward cycle management.

Standard equipment includes a hydraulic rinse-aid dispenser; a peristaltic rinse-aid dispenser, peristaltic detergent dispenser, waste evacuation pump and pressure booster pump are available as optional accessories. Note that the unit requires a hot water tap connection on installation.
