Description
The Elframo CE 24 F VE is a hood-type passthrough fixed-basket dishwasher for professional kitchens, rated at 7.1 kW (three-phase, 400 V) and capable of processing up to 60 racks per hour — making it a practical choice for busy restaurants, hotels, canteens and catering operations that need reliable, high-throughput warewashing in a compact footprint.
Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel with double-skin walls and a single-skin top, the CE 24 F VE is engineered for durability and hygienic maintenance. The electronic control system (VE edition) features a fixed tank thermostat, an adjustable boiler thermostat and a boiler delay function for precise temperature management. A hydraulic rinse-aid dispenser is fitted as standard, with a peristaltic version available on request, and optional accessories — including a peristaltic detergent dispenser, waste evacuation pump and pressure booster pump — allow the machine to be configured to site requirements.
