Description
The Edesa SICR-12 + SSIL-12 is a refrigerated salad bar display counter for restaurants, hotels, buffets and catering operations, combining a table-top refrigerated base unit (SICR-12) with a tempered glass superstructure and shelf (SSIL-12). Running on a standard 230 V supply at just 0.5 kW, it maintains food-safe temperatures between +2 °C and +10 °C — ideal for fresh salads, cold appetisers and dessert displays.
The two-part design keeps mise en place organised and ingredients at serving temperature, while the tempered glass guard protects food hygiene and gives guests a clear view of the offering. The counter accommodates three GN 1/1 pans, making it a practical fit for any busy service counter where presentation and food safety matter equally.
