Description
The Vitrum VP2-10/3.HL820 is a double hot-lamp top shelf for infrared food warming in professional kitchens, built from stainless steel and designed to mount directly onto a worktop. Four 450 W infrared lamps — two per shelf — maintain held dishes at up to 60 °C, while thermal insulation keeps heat focused where it's needed, not radiating into the pass area.
Each shelf operates on independent temperature control, so hot and cold-side dishes can be held simultaneously at different temperatures. With a 30 kg load capacity per shelf and a total draw of just 1.8 kW on a standard 220–230 V supply, the VP2-10/3.HL820 is well suited to restaurant pass counters, hotel buffet stations, and catering operations where consistent plate temperature and low running costs matter.
