The Sirman DT3 (ref. 40751DT03) is a 3 mm grating and shredding disc accessory for the Sirman TM and TM-TG vegetable cutters, designed to produce fine julienne cuts in professional kitchen environments. Compatible with both single-phase and three-phase machine configurations, it slots directly into existing Sirman TM-series units without additional adaptation.
