Description
Description
The Vitrum drop-in warming tray with automatic drain is an electric bain marie designed for flush countertop installation in professional kitchens, holding food at precise temperatures between 30 °C and 100 °C. Built for continuous service, it fits into a cut-in counter opening at a nominal depth of 210 mm and accepts 1/6 GN containers, making it a practical choice for buffet lines, hotel breakfast stations, and à-la-carte service counters where space is at a premium.
The integrated automatic drain eliminates manual water removal at the end of service — a feature that saves time during busy kitchen turnovers. Running on standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply, our drop-in units are engineered for straightforward installation and reliable daily use. Contact us for custom sizes and a quote.
