Our drop-in refrigerating tray is a built-in counter insert designed to hold chilled ingredients, garnishes and prep components at a consistent 2–6 °C throughout service. Built for flush integration into prep counters and service lines, it suits restaurants, hotels, catering operations and café bars where rapid ingredient access and food-safe temperatures are equally critical.
We offer four width configurations — 400, 800, 1200 and 1600 mm — all at a fixed 210 mm depth, so the tray fits neatly into both compact stations and extended counters without disrupting your existing layout. No electrical connection is required, keeping installation straightforward and placement flexible.
