The Aifo DZ-1826C is a heated drop-in plate dispenser for professional kitchens, holding up to 45 plates in diameters from 180 to 260 mm and reaching a maximum temperature of 90 °C via a built-in thermostat. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, it draws just 0.5 kWh per hour, making it an energy-efficient choice for continuous service.
Designed for flush counter integration, the unit ships with a mounting plate included, so installation into an existing pass or service counter is straightforward. At 10 kg net weight and running on standard 230 V, it suits restaurants, hotel banqueting lines, catering operations and café counters where warm plates need to be immediately at hand during service.
