The Sirman DQ8 is a julienne cutting disc for the Sirman TM vegetable processor range — including the TM A and TM INOX models — producing uniform 8 mm (5/16 inch) julienne strips. Made in Italy, it is a direct replacement or additional disc for operations that need consistent, high-volume julienne cuts on vegetables.
Suited to restaurant kitchens, hotel banqueting prep and catering production lines, the DQ8 slots into the existing Sirman TM cutter head without tools, keeping prep lines moving. Reference codes DQ08 and 40751DQ08 can be used when ordering to ensure the correct disc is supplied.
