The Sirman DQ 6 is a julienne cutting disc for Sirman vegetable processors, designed to produce uniform 6 mm julienne cuts from vegetables, fruits and similar produce. Made in Italy, it is a direct-fit accessory compatible with the Sirman TM, TM A, TM1 and TM TG processor lines, as well as a range of Sirman bowl-cutter and slicer models including the Smart, Mirra, Canova and Galileo series.
