Description
The Dito Sama RC14 is a heavy-duty tabletop potato chipper designed for high-volume French fry production in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and fast-food kitchens. Running on a compact 0.37 kW motor, it delivers throughput of approximately 1500 kg/h at a 12×12 mm cut, making it a serious workhorse despite its modest footprint.
Potatoes up to 80 mm in diameter feed through the automatic stainless steel hopper, and operators can choose from four fry cross-sections — 8×8, 10×10, 12×12 or 14×14 mm — by swapping the cutter block. Built-in safety logic stops the machine instantly if the hopper is opened mid-cycle or the cutter block is incorrectly seated, protecting both product and staff.
The stainless steel hopper and cutter block, combined with a corrosion-resistant barrel, are built for daily commercial use and straightforward cleaning. An optional stainless steel mobile stand is available for kitchens that need the unit at counter height.
