The Robot Coupe 28110W Dicing Disc Set is a stainless steel vegetable preparation accessory for commercial food processors, producing uniform 5 × 5 × 5 mm (3/16 inch) dice at up to 25 kg in approximately 4 minutes. Made in France, the kit includes a slicing disc and a dicing grid — both precision-sharpened and dishwasher-safe for demanding kitchen use.
Compatible with the Robot Coupe CL50, CL50 Ultra, CL50 Gourmet, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, R702 and R752 V.V. series, this set suits high-volume prep in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and central kitchens.
