The Robot Coupe Julienne Disc 1×26 mm (ref. 28153) is a vegetable cutting disc for the Expert Series food processors, producing small wide julienne strips ideal for onion and cabbage preparation. It is a genuine French-made Robot Coupe accessory designed for high-volume professional kitchens where consistent, fine strip cuts are required at speed.
The disc is compatible with a broad range of Robot Coupe machines — including the CL50, CL50 Gourmet, CL50 Ultra, CL51, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, R602VV, R652 and R652VV — making it a versatile addition to any operation already running Expert Series equipment.
