The Robot Coupe 27245 is a 6 mm slicing disc engineered specifically for cooked potatoes, designed to fit the CL 50 series, CL 52, CL 55, CL 60, and R 500/600/700-series food processors. Its 190 mm disc diameter and purpose-built blade geometry handle the soft texture of pre-cooked potato without crushing or tearing — delivering clean, uniform ¼-inch slices at high throughput.
