Description
The Robot Coupe 28166W is a 0.6 mm slicing disc for professional vegetable-prep food processors, producing paper-thin, uniform cuts suited to high-volume garnish work, carpaccio-style vegetable presentations, and fine julienne prep in restaurants, hotels, and catering kitchens. It is sold as a complete disc assembly (part number 28166W, superseding legacy 28166).
The disc is compatible with the Robot Coupe CL50, CL50 Gourmet, CL50 Ultra, CL51, CL52 (Series D or later), CL55, CL60, R502, and R602VV lines, covering the majority of Robot Coupe continuous-feed cutters in active service. It can also be paired with a compatible Robot Coupe dicing grid for fine diced output at the same 0.6 mm thickness. Note that this listing is the full disc assembly; if only the blade is required, that is a separate item (SKU 29564).
