The Sirman Disc DF10 (SKU 40751DF10) is a micro blade slicing disc for Sirman TM-series vegetable cutters, producing uniform 10 mm (3/8 inch) slices. Made in Italy, it fits the TM, TM ALL, TM INOX, and TM TG models and is the standard choice for kitchens that need consistent thick-cut slices of vegetables, fruits, or similar produce at volume.
Designed for professional prep operations in restaurants, hotels, catering units, and central kitchens, the DF10 drops into existing TM-series machines without modification — keeping downtime minimal and output consistent across shifts. Note that a separate variant (40751DF10P) exists for TM A processors equipped with the PIRANHA feeding system; confirm your machine's model and manufacture date before ordering.
