The Robot Coupe 28197W is a 12×12×12 mm dicing disc set for professional vegetable cutters, delivering uniform dice at up to 25 kg per 4 minutes. Classified at Expert tier, the set pairs a 12 mm slicing disc (ref 28200W) with a matching 12×12 mm dicing grid (ref 28167), both precision-sharpened stainless steel and compatible with round or hexagonal shafts.
Designed for high-volume prep in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and central kitchens, this set fits a wide range of Robot Coupe continuous-feed and bowl-cutter models including the CL50, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, R702 and their variable-speed variants. All components are dishwasher safe, keeping clean-down fast during busy service.
