Description
The Della Marta EM-12 is a climate-controlled wine chiller cabinet for restaurants, hotels, wine bars and upscale retail, holding 12 × 750 ml bottles within a +4 °C to +18 °C temperature range. Standing 1696 mm tall in a slim 273 mm depth, it installs freestanding or wall-mounted, making it practical even in compact service areas.
An inverter compressor with both static and ventilated refrigeration modes, an anti-vibration system and a rechargeable active carbon filter protect wine quality silently — the unit runs at just 35 dB. App-controllable cold white LED lighting (color and intensity adjustable via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi) keeps the display presentable on the floor, while the double-glazed glass door and magnetic gasket maintain stable internal conditions.
Available in LINEAR, CLASSIC or DUNE frame styles with multiple color options (RAL custom on request), the EM-12 is an Archiproducts Design Awards 2022 winner that pairs front-of-house aesthetics with precise cellar-level control — suited to sommeliers and buyers who refuse to compromise on either.
