Description

The Was Kitchen Tool 2094 Frittierlöffel is a deep fry skimmer for professional frying stations, with a 200 mm perforated bowl and an overall length of 460 mm. Made from hygienic stainless steel (CrNi), the long hook handle — Hakenstiel — lets cooks safely drain and lift fried foods directly from hot oil, keeping hands well clear of the heat.

Built for the pace of commercial kitchens, this skimmer suits restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and chip shops where high-volume frying is a daily constant. The Was 2094 series is also available in three additional bowl sizes, making it straightforward to equip a full frying station with matched tools.
