Damix Folding Pallet Box 1200x800 Light I, 900 kg

The Damix Light I pallet box turns a wooden euro pallet into a full container for loose goods. The structure is steel wire and spot-welded mesh, finished top and bottom with plate corners, and the frame opens to the front; a version opening on the short side is also produced.

Loaded on euro pallets and evenly filled, a single box takes 900 kg; stacked, four boxes take 900, 500, 300 and 300 kg from the bottom up. Two boxes with pallets stack to 1,900 mm for transport, and four stack in the warehouse, cutting the floor area for the same goods to a quarter.

Folded the box is only 90 mm thick, so empties take almost no warehouse space. A half-open frame on the 1200 mm front wall gives access to the goods inside. The finish is galvanised zinc with a thermosetting lacquer.
