The Roller Grill CVE 400 is a glass-ceramic infrared crepe reheating machine with a 400 mm vitroceramic plate, designed for high-speed reheating of pre-cooked crepes in fast-food outlets, takeaway counters, sports venues, and similar high-throughput catering environments.
Drawing 2.5 kW through a standard 230 V single-phase supply, the infrared element beneath the ceramic surface brings the plate up to 300 °C, reheating two crepes arranged in half-moons in just 15 seconds — a cycle that delivers up to 480 crepes per hour from a compact countertop footprint. The smooth vitroceramic surface requires only a non-abrasive sponge to clean, keeping downtime between service rushes minimal.
Manufactured in France, the CVE 400 is built for operators who need consistent, rapid throughput without the maintenance demands of cast-iron griddle plates.
