Description
The Frucosol SH7000 is an automatic freestanding cutlery polisher and dryer, built for restaurants and hotels serving up to 300 covers per seating. Manufactured in Spain and CE certified, it processes 7,000–8,000 pieces per hour using an ecologically friendly corn-based granulate that is sterilized by a UV lamp — keeping cutlery hygienically clean as well as streak-free.
Drying is handled by a fan motor with a heating element that circulates hot air, delivering polished, dry cutlery ready for immediate service. The stainless steel unit ships on a trolley with lockable castors for easy repositioning, and can also be mounted directly on a bar counter if floor space is limited — a practical option for tighter front-of-house setups.
